My order arrived quickly, and was completely accurate.
And now I've been using some bags for almost two weeks, so...

First, this is a reputable company! There are People who answer your questions. (Hi Stacy)
Second, they are Canadian! (elbows up...) definitely not some shady, no-idea-where-they-are, multi-business-name Thing.
Third, the products are exactly as described!
That last one is equal or more important in todays' business environ.
The cottons are just cotton - not some blend.
The wax feels, smells, and flexes like beeswax.
I can't confirm the use of Jojoba oil, but the waxed bags are nicely pliable, so probably(?)
After a bit more than a week, I can definitely state that my bread - a loaf of light rye - stored in a waxed bag, did not mold nor become inedible. A bit dry, but still very tasty. When stored, the bag closes well, and seems to naturally seal, as advertised.
And the veg is doing well, in cold, dry drawers. As anticipated.

So what else can I say?
Well, size...
The basic cotton veggy bags are a good size and easily tied closed. I'm using one for potatoes (four) and one - smaller - for an onion. Nice.
The waxed bags are workable, but...
The small is good for a half-block of Armstrong cheese - the 2inch by 2inch by 8inch large size blocks at our local SaveOn. So I need to chop in half and use two bags.
The medium is about right for a basic, two-slice sandwich, as long as not too much stuff inside. It's a tight fit if I make an adult-sized sandwich!
The large is supposed to work for a full loaf, and that's my problem. It can fit a loaf, but some part sticks out the open end. And if the bread is pre-sliced then sliding it in is... difficult geometrics. The loaf falls apart. I eventually figured out to use the bag it came in, and push it out the store-bag end into the bottom of the wax bag. And then use a few slices right away. I could get more waxed bags and use two for each loaf, I guess.
So _size_ is my real quandry.

I emailed their info address, and they are looking into the idea of other sizes. I can also understand wanting to limit variety.
Personally, I would prefer the small to be twice as long, the medium maybe a bit bigger overall, and the large at least half-again longer. Or the large to have a pre-formed square bottom. Or maybe the large being wider and not as tall (?) Just sized for a longer loaf, like light or dark rye is here.

I also admit I'm a 3D person (engineer) and also a nerd.
