For Canadian orders:

For orders over $49, FREE standard shipping applies. Expected deliveries within 2 to 4 business days but remote areas could expect slightly longer timelines.

For orders under $49, a FLAT rate standard shipping charge of $8 will apply.

For Continental U.S. orders:

For orders over $49, FREE standard shipping applies. Expected delivery timelines within 2 to 5 business days.

For orders under $49, a FLAT rate standard shipping charge of $10 will apply.

For International orders: 

Small packet international air rates will be calculated at checkout. Expected delivery timelines within 6 to 12+ business days.

Extra shipping details:

Orders typically ship within two business days
All shipping rates and prices are in CAD dollars
Orders ship once full payment has been received

We generally use UPS, Canpar or Canada Post. 2-4 days delivery within Canada. US and International can take up to 7 days.

We will work with you to adopt BeeBAGZ® into your zero waste kitchen. If you still are not convinced, we will refund your purchase.

Sometimes other people do the dishes and use hot water. If this has happened to you, please reach out to us and we will replace your bag.

Since 2018, we have hand-made BeeBAGZ® in Canada to provide a sustainable food storage solution. Each BeeBAGZ® is ethically sourced with the intention of eliminating plastics in the kitchen in favor of a healthier future. We stand behind all of our products and the craftsmanship that goes into their production.

If at any point you become unsatisfied with your purchase, simply reach out to our Customer Support team and we'll make it right. We will replace your old BAG with a new one, no questions asked.
